BIOGRAPHY

Glanko is the musical project of Giuseppe Fallacara, an Italian electronic composer with a unique and ever-evolving sonic vision. After years spent as a guitarist in various bands, in 2012 he embarked on a personal journey into electronic music, experimenting with new expressive forms and sound languages.

His debut came with the EP Telekommand (2012), followed by his first album Alset (2014), released on the German label Halbsicht Records. Since then, Glanko has built a distinctive artistic identity, characterized by driving techno rhythms, frenetic percussion, glitches, melancholic harmonies, airy pads, dark atmospheres, and analog arpeggiators. Each album is conceived as a narrative journey, guided by a precise concept.

Among his most significant works are Osmosi (2017), Remission (2020), and The Awakening (2023), the latter released on Osmotica Records, introducing a more pronounced melodic component compared to previous works. In 2025, with the release of V, Glanko further consolidates his sonic research, blending hypnotic sequences of synths and pads with filtered guitars to create evocative and immersive soundscapes.

Since 2023, Glanko's live set has evolved into a hybrid experience, halfway between a techno set, an ambient listening session, and an audiovisual performance, where sound and image become inseparable parts of a multisensory work.
